1. 14-day trial and subscription billing
Every new company workspace starts with a 14-day trial with a card on file. Unless you cancel in Settings before the trial ends, your selected plan—Solo ($99/month or $990/year), Crew ($199/month or $1,990/year) or Established ($349/month or $3,490/year)—begins billing automatically.
2. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
You may upgrade your plan at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. When downgrading, records created in higher-tier modules (such as PHC logs or risk reports) remain stored and readable in read-only mode.
3. Customer ownership of data
You retain full ownership of all client lists, property maps, tree inventories, photos, estimates, jobs and invoices entered into your workspace. You grant Treelocity a limited license solely to host, back up and transmit that data as directed by your use of the software.
4. Customer texting, email and payment responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before sending SMS messages, honoring STOP opt-outs, and complying with Stripe Connected Account terms for card and ACH payment collection.
5. Arborist and safety judgment
Treelocity provides software tools for recording safety briefings, tree risk observations and aerial measurements. Field safety, rigging decisions, utility clearance and professional arborist assessments remain the sole responsibility of your company and qualified personnel.
6. Service liability cap
As far as applicable law allows, Treelocity’s total liability arising from or relating to the service is capped at the subscription fees your company paid to Treelocity in the twelve months before the claim.
