Common questions
Pricing questions
How trials, plan changes, seasonal crew sizing, and payment fees work in practice.
Solo, if two logins are enough and you do not need options on proposals, timesheets or equipment. The day you invite a third person the app offers the upgrade to Crew, prorated from that day.
Is the crew app extra?
No. The offline crew app is part of every plan. On Solo it is used by your two users; on Crew and Established by as many people as you invite.
Do I pay for texting or maps?
Treelocity runs its own maps, aerial imagery, geocoding and routing, so there are no per-lookup fees. Each company gets a verified toll-free texting number registered in its business name. Client card and ACH payments carry Stripe's fees in the table above.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from your account. Moving to annual applies at your next renewal at two months free. Moving back to monthly applies at the end of the annual period.
What do you charge for implementation or training?
Nothing. Signup is self-serve, the importer previews your clients and properties, and workflow guides are available in the help center. In-app support requests are saved locally and unsent; they do not notify a support team. There is no onboarding package to buy.
