Practical answers for tree-care owners evaluating or configuring Treelocity.

Does the crew app need an App Store or Google Play download?

No. Crews open your workspace link in Safari or Chrome and save it to their home screen. It stores the day’s visits and tree records on the phone so it works in back yards with no signal.

Can we upgrade or downgrade plans as our crew count changes?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle and keep higher-tier records readable so you never lose past history.

Do homeowners need a username and password to approve estimates or pay?

No. Every text or email sends a secure link to that client’s portal where they can toggle optional work, sign with a finger, pay by card or bank transfer, and view their mapped trees.

Can we bring our clients and properties from our current software?

Yes. Every plan includes the built-in importer for Jobber, ArboStar, Arborgold, SingleOps and spreadsheets, with a full preview before anything is saved.
